Each Royal Suite includes:
- Spacious, private accommodations with plush bedding for the coziest rest.
- Flat-screen TV with pet-friendly programming to keep your dog entertained.
- Daily turndown service with a gourmet treat for that extra touch of indulgence.
- Exclusive access to a VIP play area for exercise and exploration.
- A tailored care plan, including personalized feeding schedules and one-on-one staff attention.
- Complimentary spa services, such as daily brush-outs. Plus luxury bath, blow-out, and brush-out after a 5-night stay.

The Royal Suite
- Large individual 14ft indoor-outdoor runs with imported Italian porcelain tile throughout / partitioned, hermetically sealed runs allow privacy, reduced stress, and prevent cross contact / automatic water feeding system.
- Bright, clean, low odor, parasite free environment / music provided at all times.
- Fully climate controlled / air-conditioning and heat.
- All Kennels cleaned daily, disinfected and viricidally fogged.
- Visitation during our open hours is more than welcome. Take your pup for an outing to explore the island.
- We feed a premium prescription diet to minimize intestinal irritation.
- Individual exercise in one of our large, clean, security fenced in exercise yards multiple times a day.
- Employee resides on premises / state of the art security system.
- We do not charge extra to feed any special food you provide.
- Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations for Rabies, DHLP, and Bordetella. Cats must be up to date on vaccinations for Rabies, and FVRCP.
Playtime
Playtime is designed to give pets the activity, affection, and one-on-one attention they love most. From tug-of-war, ball, frisbee, and fetch to belly rubs, cuddles, and quiet companionship, our team makes sure each pet gets care that matches their personality and energy level.
Special Care
For pets who need a little extra comfort, encouragement, or individual attention, we offer dedicated Extra Attention Time. This is ideal for shy, senior, or more reserved guests who may benefit from a calmer, more personal touch during their stay.
Cat Suites
Our spacious, multi-level cat suites give feline guests a comfortable place to relax, explore, and feel at ease. Features include a dedicated play area, cat toys, window seating, and TV, creating a peaceful environment designed specifically for cats.

- Basic Dog Boarding: $55/night. 10% Multi Pet Discount
- Pamper Package: $70/night. 10% Multi Pet Discount
- Luxury Suite: $83/night. 20% Multi Pet Discount
- Royal Suite: $99/night. 20% Multi Pet Discount
- Luxury Cat Suite: $40/night. 10% Multi Pet Discount
- Add-on Services (Add-on’s): $10 each, or 6 for $50
- Bathing (Dogs & Cats): starting at $40/pet
- Grooming: Prices vary with breed and condition. Call for prices.
- Medication administration: $10/day
Cancellation Policy
Because overnight boarding availability is limited, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations canceled without 48 hours’ notice will be subject to an automatic one-day boarding charge.
During holidays and peak travel periods, demand is especially high. For all holiday reservations, a two-night, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. We also require one week’s notice for holiday cancellations. If the required notice is not provided, one additional night will be charged.
Pick-Up Policy
For overnight boarding, pick-up is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and on Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you need a later pick-up, we are happy to accommodate pick-ups on Monday through Saturday between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM for an additional $25 pet care charge.
